Despatch Information

Items that appear on the Beach Factory web site should be in stock and we despatch most orders during the next working day.  You can expect an email from us when the goods have been despatched from the warehouse in Kent.

Postage and packing is charged at a flat rate regardless of the number of items in your order.

Standard UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery is charged at a flat rate of £3.95 per order, regardless of the number or value of items, and we use either Royal Mail First or Second Class post, Standard Parcel Service or a courier at our discretion.  The speed of delivery is out of our control but you can expect to receive your goods 2-7 working days after placing your order.  Please get in touch if you have had our standard despatch email and not received your goods after 7 working days.

Expedited UK Delivery

Next working day delivery for mainland UK addresses is normally available at a flat cost of £6.95 but we must have received your order before 11.45am on a working day.  Next working day normally uses the Royal Mail's "Special Delivery" service, but some orders may be sent by courier at our discretion.  Orders for Special Delivery placed after 11.45am on a Friday, over the weekend or on a U.K. public holiday will be processed by the warehouse on the next working day.  Please note that Royal Mail does not guarantee Special Delivery on a Saturday without payment of a small supplement.  We can arrange this for you but please call us first on (0800) 954 1927 before placing your order.

If delivery by courier is required then this can be arranged for addresses in England, Wales and most of Scotland at a cost of £8.95.  The cut-off time for placing an order is 11.45am.

Overseas Delivery

The cost of overseas despatch varies according to the delivery location and the order value and it can be confirmed from the shopping cart before placing your order.  The despatch method will be at our discretion and please note that this could include surface mail.  Not all items can be delivered outside the UK (but this is detailed in the product description where it applies).
