Despatch Information

Items that appear on the Beach Factory web site should be in stock and we despatch nearly every order the same or next working day.  If there is any problem with your order we will contact you by email and/or telephone but otherwise you can expect an email from us when the goods have been despatched from the warehouse in Kent.

Standard UK Delivery

Unless there is an offer running at the time of placing your order then Standard UK delivery is charged at a flat rate of £3.95, regardless of the number or value of items.  We use either Royal Mail First or Second Class post, Standard Parcel Service or a courier at our discretion.  The speed of delivery is out of our control but you should expect to receive your goods 2-7 working days after placing your order.  Please get in touch if you have had our despatch advice email and not received your goods after 7 working days.

Expedited UK Delivery

Next working day delivery for mainland UK addresses is normally available at a flat cost of £7.95 but we must have received your order before 11.45am on a working day.  Next working day normally uses the Royal Mail's "Special Delivery" service, but some orders may be sent by courier at our discretion.  In either case a signature will be required on delivery and, if it is easier, we can send your order to an office or alternative address (although we reserve the right to refuse to do so).

Orders for Special Delivery placed after 11.45am on a Friday, over the weekend or on a U.K. public holiday will be processed by the warehouse on the next working day.  Please note that Royal Mail will not guarantee Special Delivery on a Saturday without payment of a small supplement.  We can arrange this for you but please call us first on (0800) 954 1927 before placing your order.

Overseas Delivery

The cost of overseas despatch varies according to the delivery location and the order value and it can be confirmed from the shopping cart before placing your order.  The despatch method will be at our discretion and please note that this could include surface mail.  Not all items can be delivered outside the UK (but this is detailed in the product description where it applies).  Items can be despatched to BFPO addresses using the standard UK delivery option provided the package meets the Royal Mail rules.
