| What's your address? |

| What if I don't like my purchase? |
Send it back within 14 days for a refund. You can re-use the same envelope but will need to pay
the return postage costs. Do ask the post office for a (free) certificate of posting and please see our
Terms & Conditions for full details and your rights under UK Distance Selling Regulations. |
| I need to exchange something |
If it's faulty you MUST call us before doing anything. Otherwise, post it back within 14 days of receipt and let us know what you want to exchange it for. Please allow at least 10 working days for the item to be delivered to us, the paperwork processed and the exchange product sent back to you - and note that there is a risk that the item you wanted might no longer be in stock. If you need a quicker turnaround we suggest ordering again online and obtaining a refund for the other item instead. You will need to pay the return postage costs, but the amount originally paid for the returned product will be refunded promptly on receipt. | How much is delivery? |
Unless there is a promotion, UK delivery is a fixed £3.95 regardless of the weight or number of items. We normally also offer a next working day delivery in the UK at £7.95, but subject to certain restrictions. Overseas delivery varies according to the country and the actual amount is confirmed at the beginning of the checkout process. Detailed information is available in our Terms & Conditions. |
| How quick is delivery? |
The vast majority of our orders are despatched the same or next working day.
We use a variety of delivery methods, but most items are sent by Royal Mail and a signature may be required at delivery. You can request next day Special Delivery at checkout, but restrictions apply and orders must be received by us before 11:45am. A few products are delivered directly from the manufacturer and your order may therefore be subject to a split delivery. Please feel free to call us on (0800) 954 1927 (or +44(0)20 3417 3869 from overseas) if your order is time critical, or you have any concerns and we can advise you. |
| Can I pay by cheque? |
Absolutely! Please print and use our Order Form and send it with your cheque payable
to "The Beach Factory". |
| Can you send me a catalogue? |
Unfortunately not. The business is seasonal and stock moves too quickly for a catalogue to be useful. |
| Will you keep my details private? |
We will protect your privacy. Personal information has to be collected with a purchase but, only as needed to fulfil your order,
will it ever be passed to third parties. We do not trade or sell our customers' details and will market to you by email only
