The Beach Factory was founded in 2003 to address the concern that fashionable yet functional UV swimwear was hard to find for growing children. Since then the business has grown quickly (thanks to the several thousand customers who buy from us each year!) and The Beach Factory is now one of the UK's prime retailers of sun protection swimwear for all ages.
We keep an extensive range for adults, teens and young children available throughout the year and regularly add new products to reflect changes in fashion and fabric technology.
We aim to despatch in-stock items within the next working day and providing you with first class service is our key priority.

We live in Africa and protecting my fair children from the relentless African sun is a worry. I was very impressed with my last minute order from the Beach factory for a live aboard dive holiday at Christmas. In particular the rash vests from ONeill and the Ripcurl boardshorts were really useful on board to have quick dry clothes which also offer UV protection. I would recommend to anyone doing similar activities, especially as they are also more fun colours than some of the specialist dive clothes.

[The UV swimwear] looked good, did the job well, covered up the important bits of arms and legs. Although they got quite abused on holiday (2 outfits each being used every other day with only a quick rinse under the shower) and arrived home rather yucky, they all washed very well.
